FAQ

The short answer is to schedule a call with me to find out. Clients come to me with different goals, outcomes, and areas that they need help with. Coaching is where you go for guidance, support, and challenge so you can create the business you want.  Business Coaching is a relationship. Relationship and fit matter.  Let’s find out.

Yes, over half of my client engagements involve partners and it is important that all partners are on the same page when prioritizing and developing their business.

All of my client agreements are a month-to-month subscription. Most of my clients work with me for well over a year because they are getting RESULTS and VALUE from our coaching relationship rather than being committed to a long-term services contract.

I meet with most clients every other week over Zoom for at least an hour.  I encourage having a set time for our calls.  I make myself available as needed in between these meetings.

I develop a specific agenda for each call.  We review and refine business development work agreed upon from our previous call and communications in between our meetings.  I provide feedback and guidance on your work.  We discuss how and when you should implement this work in your business.  I help you find answers to your questions and help you resolve issues that might be in your way.  I introduce new business development work to focus on before our next call.  I send a detailed Next Actions email to you following every meeting on what to do next.

This varies, but ideally, I help you find 3-5 hours per week to work on your business. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

Yes, the proven frameworks and tools that I use to facilitate our coaching outcomes work in all industries.  And I have experience with clients in almost every industry imaginable.  If you are looking for help with a very industry-specific problem, you likely should be seeking the assistance of an industry-specific consultant, not a coach.

It really depends on what YOU value most and what you want from business coaching. Clients don’t continue their coaching relationship with me if they are not getting the value they want, expect and deserve.  I work hard to deliver value to all of my clients.  Ask them.
